Setting Up Your Profile
How do I log in to my Boutique Admin account?
Log in to your account by visiting boutiqueadmin.shoptiques.com. We recommend that you bookmark this page to your browser. You will need your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, you will be able to reset it by clicking "reset password" on this screen.
How do I change the photos in my boutique profile?
Send the photos you'd like to use on your boutique profile tohelp@shoptiques.com. Photos should be of the interior or exterior of your boutique. Editorial photos and logos don't convert into sales. Customers really want to see what your real shop looks like.
You can send us a total of up to 5 images:
You can send us a total of up to 5 images:
- Up to three photos at 1000 x 400 pixels, these will display on the banner at the top of your profile.
- One image at 542 x 400 pixels, this will display at the bottom of all your product pages and also be your main photo on the Shoptiques mobile app.
- One image at 320 x 320 pixels, this will be the thumbnail image that appears in the boutique directory page of our main website.
Setting Up Payment
How do I enter payment information?
To enter in your payout information:
Please note:
- Go to your Boutique Admin and select 'Account Settings'
- Then select 'Payout Information'
- Enter your account and routing numbers and press update.
Please note:
- These details are never saved in our system, we securely send them directly to our payment processing partner, Silicon Valley Bank for domestic stores and PayPal for international stores.
- If you are entering in your EIN, it is best on our end if you enter in your business checking account information for payout.
- If you are entering in your Social Security Number, it is preferable if you enter in your personal banking information for payout.
Adding Product to Your E-Shop
How do I add product to my Shoptiques e-store?
There are three ways to add product to your e-shop:
- Shoptiques Photo Database - any item photographed in Shoptiques studio can quickly be added to your e-shop via our Photo Database. Learn more here >
- Shoptiques Add Product Tool - you can add any professional photos sourced from your vendor via our Add Product Tool. Learn more here >
- Shoptiques Photo Shoot (US only) - Shoptiques hosts photo shoots in our New York Studio. If you’d like us to photograph your product please submit a photo shoot request. We will be in touch within the week when you’ve been confirmed for a photo shoot date. Learn more here >

Receiving Your First Order
How will I know when I’ve received an order?
When a customer places an order through your e-store you will receive an email notification that includes the order details. You can also always see your orders by clicking on the 'Orders' tab in your Boutique Admin. Please add 'support@shoptiques.com' to your email contact list to ensure that order notifications are not sent to spam. Learn how to add us to Safe-Sender list here.
How do I ship an order?
- Print the shipping label, return instructions, and packing slip from the New Orders email or Boutique Admin.
- Package the item so that the order will arrive in excellent condition.
- Stick the shipping label on the envelope or box securely.
- Give the order to the appropriate shipping provider (USPS, Canada Post, Parcelforce or DHL).
- Make sure the order is scanned in so that the order status is updated.
Announcing the Partnership
How do I announce the partnership to my customers?
Ready to let your customers know you’ve partnered with Shoptiques? We’re here to help! You can announce your partnership in two ways: have Shoptiques send out your partnership announcement on your behalf OR make the announcement yourself.
SHOPTIQUES: First, please send us an email with your email list as an attachment to help@shoptiques.com. Indicate whether you are ready to make the announcement and our marketing team will be in touch. Please note that our system can only accept email lists formatted as a spreadsheet file saved as either a .xls, .xlsx or .csv file.
OWN: If you would like to make your own partnership announcement, be sure to use the tracked link found at the top of your Boutique Admin! This is how we keep track of your promotional efforts - for any resulting sales, we will take a reduced commission.
If you are sending out your own email campaign, please include help@shoptiques.com on the send out so we may verify the announcement has been made. If you post it to your social media, please email help@shoptiques.com with a link to the announcement.
It is important for you to let us know if and when you have made your announcement. Once you are announced to your customers, we will be able to include you in the Boutique Bulletin.

What is the Boutique Bulletin?
The Boutique Bulletin is a monthly email that is sent out to the Shoptiques customers announcing all the new boutiques we have partnered with. This monthly email goes out the last Saturday of the month. You cannot be announced in the Boutique Bulletin until you have made your announcement to your customer base. The cutoff date to announce (and if you announce on your own, to notify us) is FIFTEEN DAYS (5) before the bulletin is set to go out.
If you notify us AFTER the cutoff date, you will be included in the following month's bulletin. If your boutique is OFFLINE, you will be rescheduled for the following month's bulletin. We want to provide the best customer experience possible which means allowing our customers to shop stores that are online.

How do I send Shoptiques my mailing list?
Send your mailing list to help@shoptiques.com as an email attachment. Please be sure to send this attachment as an .xlsx or .csv spreadsheet.

Grow Your Followers

1. The first way is organically. For example, a customer finds your boutique, falls in love with the store, either makes a purchase or clicks the “plus” sign, they become a follower. Obviously the quicker you ship out orders, the better the condition, etc, the more customers will follow your boutique.
2. The second way is to import your existing customer email list into your profile. So let’s say you have 1,000 customers on your email list, you’ll immediately have 1,000 followers on your Shoptiques page. And if you decide to provide us with your mailing list, it will never be shared or added to Shoptiques main mailing list.
