Extended Return PolicyTo stay competitive in the market, Shoptiques extends the return policy during the holidays to January 5, 2019. This is a practice we have done for the last several years - in all previous years, we didn’t see an increase in returns. We believe the extended return policy makes shoppers feel more confident in purchasing gifts from Shoptiques and partner boutiques.
If you do not wish to extend the return policy for the holidays, please simply take your boutique offline until the return period becomes close enough to what you are comfortable with. On December 21, the return period will go back to our standard 14-day return policy.
